2. Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping worldwide. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
3. What About Customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. We would like to advise you to contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages as each country or state has its own threshold after which the tax will be applied.
4. How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping time varies by location as our orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! The tracking number will usually be track able on the respective courier website 1-3 business days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become track able while they are being logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
5. APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Shipping destinations which contain a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address can not be shipped by either DHL or USPS.
6. Order Processing Information
Orders are processed pending stock availability and payment/credit verification. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. The delivery time does not include Sundays or Public Holidays.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
